Last May, between the days 4th and 9th, National Distillers provided the employees with a Leadership training session.

For this purpose, the Coach Livia Cavalcante came directly from Brazil with the mission of transmitting her knowledge and empowering the entire National Distillers team with new techniques and vision, regarding the management of people and teams.

During the 16 hours of training, the goal was to provide professional growth to the entire National Distillers team.
